Can I host my own site?

Yes. We allow you to host your own site, however set-up is left up to you. Additionally, there will be no technical support available for this product.

Can I get rid of the "Powered by StillRock"?

Yes. For a small fee the “Powered by StillRock” can be removed.

What are your support hours?

9:00am-5:00pm Eastern Standard Time.

Can I make my own color theme?

Yes and no.  You can change your theme from the list of available themes on your own.  However if you want come up with your own color theme you will need to contact us.

How do I make my logo fit into my site?

Your logo must 325 wide, and 58px tall.  It is best to use a PNG.  We will help you fit your logo during setup.  If you have changes after your site is set up, this will be charged hourly.

What happens to my hosting after a year?

When your hosting plan is coming to an end, we will notify you and give you the option to renew for the next year. If you choose not to renew, your site will be taken down at the end of your billing cycle.

Can I pay for my hosting per month?

No. Unfortunately hosting needs to be paid yearly.

Do I have access to my source files?

Only if you host your own site.

How are changes to my site billed?

Changes are billed on an hourly basis.

How long does it take for you to make a change to my site?

Typically we will try to make changes in one day.  It may take less time, and in rare cases it may take a little longer.

Do you offer referral fees?

Yes.
